Palace of Westminster: 6# St. Stephen's Entrance, Speakers Court, etc.

It was long ago when I post the last entry of the Palace of Westminster. In this time, I've been making enough progress, first of all, I've destroyed the Westminster Hall, because it didn't fit with the real Hall. So if it was  'V for Vendetta', I filled the Hall of TNT. A image fromthe scene:

(Let burn!)

Also, I've done the St. Stephen's Entrance, that is the southern end of the Hall. Images:

Then, I have advanced on the other end of the Hall:

I have also started doing the interior facades, with the Speakers Court and some reforms on the roof (adding a tower), at the height of Westminster Terrace:

(You can see that the walls aren't as detailed as the exterior facade)

And a general picture:

Bye!

Varied Buildings: 3# Byzantine Dromon

We continue our "series" of varied buildings before publishing a new entrance of the Palace of Westminster, which I will post tomorrow surely. This time I bring us a ship from the Middle Ages, which is my first ship made in Minecraft. It is a powerful boat very armed, even the ship has got fire! (and the fire is in this recreation too). It's a boat created by the Byzantines, though Arabs copied its design. The ship was called: Dromon.

The boat's dimensions are: 60 blocks long, 30 blocks wide (counting the oars) and 44 high.

Special 1000 views: Eiffel Tower (+Download)

Thank you for having already reached the 1000 visits on the blog, I think that 1000 visits is more than enough to make me feel proud of this blog. And, of course, do not forget to share the blog with your friends. But... let's talk about the special, The Eiffel Tower at 1:1.2 scale in Minecraft.

First of all, the recreation isn't at 1:1 scale because the real tower measures 300 meters high. As for color, there hasn't been 100% same to the original, I perhaps that real has a brown tone (I've done with light gray clay block).

It is not very difficult to recreate, because being such a famous icon makes internet is full of drawings of the famous tower.

Construction pics:

And, of course, the download link: DOWNLOAD

Palace of Westminster: 5# Completing the perimeter

Continuing with the progress and isalmost finished the perimeter of the palace, failing to finish the Westminster Hall (very difficulted). When I will finished this I will must make the inside of the palace, which will be much easier than recreating the outside, and then the palace will be finished.

In addition, I've made the Big Ben's colour lighter than before and, now yes, I like the way it's. And we do not move away much of the famous tower because the advances are just next to the tower.

Photos:

Besides, I'm finishing that will be the construction "1000 visits' special": the Eiffel Tower at 1:1.2 scale. I'll put to download and I will make a post when we reach the 1000 visits, which currently are in the 800.

But first a photo to whet your appetite:

Don't forget to follow me on twitter and soon I will open a YouTube channel to show videos of my buildings.

Adventure Park: 3# Avanzando en Asia | Adventure Park: 3# Advancing in Asia

It was quite that I didn't post, and I wasn't going to leave you without at least a weekly entry. I have been advancing after hanging up the roller coaster (previous entry) for the Asian area of Adventure Park, although it is quite difficult to advance as it's very difficult to make a theme park in Minecraft.

The area of Asia represents the travels of Marco Polo, an Asia totally dominated by the Mongols. Therefore, the area will be themed in the places that Mongolia conquered throughout Asia in the Medieval Era.

Some images to explain better ...

First of all, a sketch of the floor area:
